MTI's Secondary Operations Department offers a wide range of services.
We are equipped to handle almost any metalworking need, from simple grinding through complex numerically controlled
milling and turning. And our on-site tool and die capability means we can respond quickly to production projects
requiring fixture design and manufacture.
Additionally, we have on-site heat treating and draw service.
Our machining abilities encompass:
- Precision production machining in quantities from hundreds to thousands.
- Metalworking of standard bar stocks or powdered metal blanks.
- CNC milling and turning.
- OD, ID and surface grinding of hardened metals.
- Vibratory deburr of metal parts.
- Resin impregnation of porous metal parts, including aluminum, bronze
